is this any good in very poor areas

These aerials are a good option in poor signal areas (it will all depend on how very poor your coverage is currently as these can only do so much)

I am looking for an aerial to use on the Waltham transmitter and see that Waltham should be a group "WH" will this do the job?

Is it OK to have a wideband aerial for Freeview reception in an area where a wideband aerial is not required.
