A decent computer for the price, though drivers were a nightmare and I could never get Ubuntu working with the scart or s-video output.
XP worked fine, but required many drivers and XP MCE 2005 broke the IR receiver.
I also had to hunt for Realtek R233 sound drivers as I was getting no sound out the scart port. And the screen seems to be stuck with the text "SCALEO E". The picture out of the scart seems to be RGB and I can't find out how to change that, but I'd have no reason to because it's a pretty good picture, especially for a standard definition TV.
I have not found that the PC runs very hot, the sensors report about 35C when playing a movie. The rear of the unit gets warm as it has the power supply in it but the rest runs fine.
With my unit, I purchased a 250G SATA HDD (B99BL) which worked well.
If you want to play a HD movie, or output HD, I'd recommend an upgraded video card (like an nVidia with DVI out) and possibly a Core 2 Duo as I believe the motherboard supports that (though might want to check that). Also, it has a PCI Express port (one, x16), but only a low-profile one.
The processor is capable of playing a HD video, but it warms up quite a bit and hits 97% CPU.
It is VERY silent... you can only just hear the fans spinning if you put your ear to it.
Overall a decent product but do your research before buying... Requires a lot of care and attention to get it going.

bought this when it was £149 seemed good value at the time,(Fujitsu Scaleo) purchased vista home premium, graphics not powerful enough to run movie maker, vista gives it a rating of 1, could never get the remote control to work or any of the av sockets either. On the plus side it is quiet and sound is good. However I have not tried this with windows xp media centre edition

Tried to set-up Myth TV with Ubuntu, everything was okay apart from the TV card - the firmware was a later release than that currently supported. Choice: new TV card ; Windows MCE or Vista HPE. Choose Vista HPE as this was stated that Vista was supported. Wrong choice for me , was never stable as a media centre and the hybrid TV card would only find the Freeview tuner and not the FM radio or analogue TV. Tried Win7 beta, wow everything worked! upgraded to Win7RC still fine. I have 3Gb memory, I reversed the drives, PATA 250Gb hard-drive and SATA DVD player Blue-ray later). I've just upgraded the video to ATI HD4350 512Mb low profile & fan-less. Have Pre-ordered Win 7.

It comes with a Celeron 3.6Ghz CPU there is no fan on
the heatsink the PSU has 2 fans to make up for this but even then it runs hot!
the speed of the Celeron 3.6Ghz is ok but can make the system lag at times and on my bebo page the cpu moves to 100% the cpu really isn't up for to days Online Multimedia
this system is more for Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005
than the Media Center in windows vista
the os i put on it is: windows vista home premium
i got a
LG All Format Double Layer DVDRW Order Code: A38CQ
and a
OEM 3.5in 1TB SATA II Hard Drives Order Code: A10HC
(i do not recommend!) that you get a 1TB hdd for it as setting this up is more for a qualified pc engineer
