it is slightly different to the A96BH also.
Q- Does the red stripe go on the pin one end if the 2.5 strip connector? or does the power go to that side?

Answer- This connector is standard across the 2.5" ide drive range, i would check your drive for any adaptors as these are common and should be removed before using with this cable.
