I bought this kit yesterday. I fitted it to a router for my laptop and to a desktop in an outbuilding where the electrical circuit was remote from the electrical circuit for the router but through the same consumer unit in the house. It basically worked immediately although the internet settings on the desktop which previously direct adsl had to readjusted for the wireless connection. Files can be moved easily from one computer to the other, both can link to the internet at the same time, and the computers can now speak to each other easily via the link. I am hugely impressed!
