Answer- yes this is completely normal (-5 is not commonly found on a modern PSU so rarely will it be lit when testing)

Answer- this unit will only test standard ATX PSU's.

Answer- No sorry this product does not support that.

Q- Hi I couldnt help but notice on the large pic, i can see where the 24pin goes but not the 20 pin? its not the ones on the left - Darryl Lane

Answer- The 20 plugs into the same connector as the 24.
