This range of positive fixed voltage regulators have a quiescent current of 8mA, a short circuit current of 500 mA, a ripple rej. of between 46 and 54dB and are housed in a TO220 style case. The output voltage has a tolerance of ±4%. The input voltage range has an upper limit of +35V.
