Product Features

A monolithic IC for adjustable voltage (up to 36V) and current (up to 2A) regulation. It has current and power limiting thermal shutdown and input over voltage protection up to 60V. The device can be used to replace fixed voltage regulators where high output-voltage precision is required, eliminating the need to stock a range of fixed voltage regulators. Type L200CV has straight pins for vertical mounting onto a PCB.
