Crimp-On F Plugs
 | F plugs for use with solid centre conductor cables. The crimping ring should be slipped over the outside of the cable first, then the plug simply pushes onto the cable between the inner sheath and the screen. The centre wire of the cable is the centre pin of the plug. The crimping ring should then be positioned correctly over the plug and crimped tight. Available in three sizes to suit CT100 or RG59 type cables or cable with a 5mm centre insulator. |
Twist-On F Plugs
 | · A range of twist-on F plugs designed to suit a variety of different satellite and TV cables · Suitable cables include CT100, RG58, RG59 and CT125 etc. To fit the connectors simply strip back the cable''s outer sheath exposing the braiding by 20mm then fold the braiding back on itself. Cut the centre insulation back around 17-18 mm exposing the centre core, the cable is then inserted into the plug and the plug is "screwed" onto the cable. Ensure you have around 3mm of the core protruding beyond the end of the plug. |

Variable Aerial Attenuator
 | · Ideal for use when aerial signal is too strong · Universal - fine tune the attenuation to get a perfect picture · Ideal for use when the level of attenuation is unknown · 0-20dB continuous variable attenuation · 75Ω impedance · Frequency range 5-1000MHz · Insertion loss less than 2dB Signals that are too stong can affect the clarity of your TV signal as much as too weak a signal. When the analogue signal is switched off in the UK, the digital signal will be boosted from its current rate. This may mean that you had perfect signal before the switchover and then your digital picture breaks up or mosaics, this is where the Variable Aerial Attenuator comes in. Its adjustable tuning means you need not worry about which attenuator to purchase, this will cover the full range that will be required. |
