Maplin in your pocket: The demand to browse and shop online via a mobile device is fast becoming big business. With that in mind we have been communicating with our customers to see how improving the current shopping experience with Maplin on go, would help benefit both them and us.

This is why we have recently launched a mobile site as well as an Apple App for iPhone,iPod & iPad devices which have been designed for people who love to shop anywhere. We have listened to our customer’s views to ensure that shopping on the go with Maplin is as easy as walking into one of over 180 stores, picking a product up from our shelves and paying for it at the till.

The mobile site and APP have been designed to be simply, easy and fast, with a clean look and nearly all the same functionality you experience when using our main website. All you need to do is visit www.maplin.co.uk today from your mobile device and you will automatically be re-directed to the mobile site or visit the App Store and download the latest version of our Maplin App.

Even though the mobile site and APP have been designed to be simple, they still both feature nearly everything from our main site. This means you can still:
