Can
I return a product if I am not happy with it?
Maplin Electronics offer a fourteen day money
back policy. To return a product you will need to contact
us to receive a returns number. Certain product categories
by their nature are exempt from the 14 day return policy, for
example software, cut cable, built kits and consumables.
Maplin Electronics will not accept the return
of goods under the 14 day return policy, if the manufacturers
or suppliers warranty or registration is invoked. We will deem
such registration as acceptance of the goods.
Maplin Electronics must receive all returns
within 14 days of the returns number being issued and any goods
received after this period will be dealt with on an individual
basis.
The customer must take all reasonable care
to ensure that all returned items be suitably packaged and you
must provide a proof of purchase.
If any goods are returned to Maplin outside
of the 14 day money back period within a reasonable period Maplin
reserves the right to levy a handling charge of up to 20% of
the invoice value of the goods returned. You must also bear
all the costs of returning any goods to Maplin and provide a
proof of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: MAPLIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT
GOODS AT THE NATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTRE PRIOR TO ISSUING CREDIT
FOR GOODS.

What
happens if my Item(s) go faulty?
Any defect in your product, which
has been subject to normal use within a period of twelve months
after delivery, that is due to faulty material , workmanship
or design will be rectified by Maplin either by repair, replacement
or refund provided that the Goods or the defective parts are
returned together with, all complete accessories, instruction
manuals, and software and, wherever possible, in the original
packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: THE DECISION TO REPLACE OR REFUND FOR A RETURNED
FAULTY ITEM WILL BE DOWN TO THE SOLE DISCRETION OF MAPLIN.
