Convert a SCSI III 68-pin or a SCSI II 50-pin ribbon connection to a SCSI III SCA80-pin
Connect an 80-pin drive to 68-pin or 50-pin ribbon cable
The SCA (Single Connector Attachment) interface combines the Data, Power, and SCSI ID connectors into a single 80-pin connector. For these SCA drives to be used in a standard system or subsystem enclosure requires an adapter to convert the 80-pin connector back into separate Data, Power, and SCSI ID connectors. This adaptor is designed to adapt an existing 68-pin or 50-pin ribbon cable to a SCSI III SCA80-pin connection. The adaptor includes an onboard power connection jumpers for SCSI ID, MTR start, start delay, synchronous and LED.
Connectors: internal SCSI III 68-pin female or internal SCSI II IDC 50-pin male to internal SCSI III HP 80-pin female.
