Terms & Conditions:

1. Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is deemed to be in breach of these terms.
2. The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Maplin Electronics, affiliates or any person professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families.
3. The promotion will be held from 13th February 2012 until 19th February 2012.
4. The Promoter shall contact the winner within 7 days of each daily draw taking place. The Promoter shall then allow 7 days from that date for the successful winner to confirm their preferred delivery address. If after 7 days the winner has not sent confirmation, then the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner. The prize will be despatched by the promoter within 14 days of receiving confirmation of the postal address of where to send the prize.
5. All prizes are subject to availability. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. Promotion entries cannot be submitted via the Maplin stores, post or telephone.
7. The promoter shall be entitled to reject any entries if it has reason to believe that the entry is not provided in accordance with the terms set out in these competition terms.
8. Proof of electronic submission is not proof of entry. Responsibility cannot be accepted for claims lost, damaged or delayed by external to Maplin third party systems.
9. Prize is not exchangeable for cash or goods.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events arising beyond their control.
11. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
12. The prize will be despatched from the promoter’s head office. Promotion prizes cannot be collected from any Maplin store.
13. The promoter accepts no liability in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of expectation, loss of profit, loss of goodwill and reputation or disappointment suffered by the entrant as a result of (i) the entrant entering the promotion and (ii) the entrant accepting the prizes.
14. These promotion terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
