Delivery Information

Once you’ve chosen from our amazing range of products in our online store, you need to decide how you’d like
them to be delivered. We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs.

England, Scotland and Wales

International Delivery

Online orders can be shipped to anywhere in the UK, Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland. At present, we are unable to ship to alternative locations.

Delivery cancellations

Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel deliveries once orders have been dispatched, so any unwanted goods will need to be returned by post or taken to one of our stores with your order or receipt details. If returning by post, please contact our Customer Service team to get a returns authorisation reference number.

You have 30 days to return any unwanted and unused items for a full refund.

Delivery tracking

If your order has been sent by one of our courier partners, it can be tracked using the relevant courier website:

If there is no one to receive your parcel, whether it is being delivered by Royal Mail or by courier, a card will be posted through your door to notify you of the delivery attempt of your parcel, or that it has been left in a safe place.

The note will include a contact telephone number for you to contact your local branch. Call the number on the card to re-book the delivery for another day, or arrange to pick the parcel up from the depot.

BFPO Addresses

If your BFPO address is in Northern Ireland, you must use the ordinary inland prices. If your BFPO address is elsewhere in the world you will not have to pay VAT, but an order charge will be applied. However, if any item is too large or heavy for despatch by BFPO, you must supply a civilian address and pay extra for carriage.

Problems with your delivery

If your order does not arrive within the timeframe stated above, please get in touch so we can look in to this further for you.

If your order arrives with incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days of the despatch notification, to enable us to replace or refund your order.

If your product develops a manufacturing fault within the first 12 months, please contact us. We have a 365-day product quality 'no quibble guarantee' - all you need to do is provide proof of purchase and return the faulty product within a year for an exchange, credit note or full refund.
