Frequently Asked Questions

How long does Instax film last?

Once opened, you should ideally try to use Instax film within 2 weeks for best results, and definitely within a month.

Do Instax cameras need an SD card?

No, Instax cameras do not require an SD card as they instantly print each image they take onto the specialist film.

Should I shake Instax film to help the image develop?

Ironically, no! We know this is a common trait associated with instant cameras, but to get the best results you should not crease, squeeze or shake the film.

Once the picture has printed, it normally takes a minute or two to develop.
