Yes it would but the answer is not quite so simple as that.
You need to be careful about powering 2 cameras from a single supply.
The power supply provided will have a maximum rated current which is the maximum current that it can supply, lets say 500 milliamps as an example.
Each camera will draw an amount of current lets say in this example 300 milliamps.
This means the power supply can provide enough current to safely power the camera with a little extra as a redundancy.
If you then connect 2 cameras to a single power supply you will be drawing twice the current (600 milliamps) which is more than the power pack is designed for, this will cause it to overload and either cut out (thermal protect) or possibly fail completely.
Unless you know the exact current the cameras draw (when on full load) you cannot calculate if a single supply will work correctly. You could replace the 2 single 500 milliamps supplies with a 1000 milliamp unit, this would then be suitable as it has the same current as the 2 separate units combined and would be able to cope with the double load.
