Please can you explain the statement in your description "Optional Bio and Vitamin C Filters are available for purchase. " How do Vitamin C Filters work in relation to air conditioning apparatus and has this been proven?

Asked by: Dave
The air conditioner does not filter Vitamin C. The Vitamin C filter adds it to the airflow, typically Ascorbic Acid stored in the filter is drawn to the surface by the passing airflow and is carried with the air. The filters / dispensers have a finite life and have to be replaced when they are empty. As it is described as an 'exterior unit', does this item require an additional interior unit to complete the system  - or - how is the heat/cold distributed?

Asked by: muffin
This would need venting, how this is done would be down to the installer of the system.
