Why use a server rack?
A Server rack mount system provides a professional and easily manageable option to your networking, PA, or AV needs. Whether it be for a dedicated server room or on the go, ensure that all your equipment is well kept and easy to manage and maintain allowing for easier cable management and routing options.

A Flat pack and easy to assemble 19 inch rack mount with both front and rear mounting strips. This rack mount can hold up to 9 Units and is 480mm deep. There are four castors supplied. If you require extra hardware for securing your equipment, our 19 inch hardware pack (KW35) contains 4x sets of fittings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An easily assembled 19 inch rack mount stand with lockable wheels. I used this to build a PA rack for my local golf club incorporating 2 x PA amps, a 3 zone selector mixer and a 2U connection panel. The rack comes with fixing screws for the 19" equipment and all the bolts and allen key required for assembly. The black metal rack is very sturdy and looks the part. The golf club committee were extremely pleased with the result.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Although the rack mount stand allowed mounting of my 1U MIDI racked devices, things were not so good when trying to do the same with 19" rack mounted server boxes. Unfortunately captive nuts are not used with this stand but threaded holes are used to secure devices instead. A 4U box was difficult to mount as the pre-drilled and tapped holes failed to line up properly and only allowed 2 boxes to be fitted, with 1/2U gaps between. It was possible to stand lightweight devices on top of the case which is what I had to do until rack strips were screwed onto the rear allowing the full height to be used, albeit in reverse. Altogether, I found the stand to be ideal for rackable musical devices, but computers were a different matter and I eventually made a server case using mounting strip (also available from Maplin).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The wheels have broken on mine & the screw threads don't have a good tolerance, but it's cheap and apart from the wheels, fairly sturdy. I house a rack mount PC and studio gear and have found the product to be a quick fix.
