Are these (High-temperatufe Electrolytics) low-ESR versions, please?

They are 105 degrees, but unlikely to be low ESR as their not a Branded make, “Setron GmbH” I'm told. 1uf at 63v could be about 1 ohm for a decent brand, but these could be as high as 4-5 ohm, still within spec for the value.
