The PC2100 512MB is exactly my spec but does it fit a DIMM socket (like your DDR DIMM picture ???)

DDR is DIMM by it's very nature - even if there are only chips on one side of the stick

The processor does not absolutely dictate the type of memory the motherboard does please check the motherboard specification for memory support.
