Rated 1 out of 5 by from It blew after an hour of using with a 12 w device. Maybe it was the fuse but since it's a thermal fuse (not thermal switch) if that goes you're stuck. Can't really recommend at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good product. I bought it because I had a hair trimmer that had USA voltage inputs. Small, easy to carry, and has the optional earth pole for devices that come with it. The only thing you have to take into account is that is for a maximun of 45W. My hair trimmer, for example, is only 5W.

I have a Keurig k425 coffee machine (120v 1470w) will this converter work.

Asked by: Doct
I'm afraid this device can only converts voltage up to item of 45 watts, they below supports up to 2000w: https://www.maplin.co.uk/p/tacima-230v-to-110v-2000w-voltage-converter-n56hf

I have a US nebuliser which uses 1.25 amps, will this adaptor/transformer do the job ?

Asked by: pathud
This unit is not suitable for your use I'd need to know the input voltage to be 100% sure (us can be 110-120) 110v @ 1.25 amps is 137.5 watts 120v @ 1.25 amps is 150 watts You would need a voltage dropper capable of handling at least 150 watts to be safe. This is the nearest match we have https://www.maplin.co.uk/p/240v-to-110v-300w-voltage-converter-vr05f

Hi I have a hair curling iron that has 120v ac 60hz bought from the us. Would this be suitable to used with?

Asked by: Keelyyy
I would recommend checking the wattage of the product you're trying to use, as this will only allow products up to 45w. If the items wattage is above this, this would not be suitable.
