Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very modern looking heater! I wanted something that wouldn't look out of place in my front room as most heaters look well like heaters and are very ugly? This however doesn't look out of place in my techy front room and loads of people have commented how cool it looks even when it switched off :-) Some even thought it was a speaker! The Oscillating movement is smooth with no wobble and it soon warms the room up even on the lower setting 1000+ watts?? The little remote control a bonus and is one of the credit card sized ones! My only grumble is that it quite noisy and the 2 settings are just heat! The fan is the same speed on either heat setting which a shame? Overall though thus far I think it a good looking and functioning heater not sure if it worth the price? That a personal choice but for me it was to get something that looks good as well as the function of it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very good, but suspect quality? Bought this for last winter as back up for a marginal central heating system. It's BIG, stands around waist height, good heat output, good controls, effective thermostat and looks good, not the quietest heater and a shame it has no fan only setting, it would have been useful all year. Unfortunately on fetching it from the spare room and starting to use it this year the noise level has dramatically increased, it sounds as though the fan bearings have dried out and it creaks and groans when oscillating! It's out of warranty now, so an expensive buy for one winters use unless some WD40 or similar can be applied to the offending bearings!
