Rated 2 out of 5 by from Read the positive reviews and ordered the handy, but then the good news evaporated. maybe I was unlucky but mine would not do what the manual said it should. Functions only worked once then it had to be turned off before trying another, the sensitivity was on the good side and FM was clear but my test colleagues told me I splattered all over SSB signals and on the external multi-band could not get a decent SWR.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've been operating with this now for a couple of weeks. Surprisingly good quality for the price, crisp audio and packed with features. It hits all of my local repeaters and operates very well from my X-50 base antenna. This isn't much different to my FT-60e in terms of function and ability but it comes with the desktop charger as standard unlike my Yaesu. I would highly recommend this product to any Amateur be it beginners, on a budget or as a trusty work horse. Well Done Mr Maplin!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice rig and well designed. Compact and at a good price for what it is. Has everything you need in the box. The only down side is the manual that comes with it. If you are new to this sort of thing they really are a bit sketchy and need a lot of working out. Thats why i cant give it top marks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheap and cheerful but does exactly what it says on the box.Works really well and I was surprised on how well.Pity about the SMA conector BNC would have been better,Connected to my speaker/mic with no problems.Good Value for the money.Because of the SMA connector and no 1750Hz repeater tone(it does have CTCCSS) I take 1 star off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quite an easy-to-use transceiver, good sensitivity and easy tuning. The Manual is a bit minimal, needed to be followed exactly to use the functions. Have yet to find out how to change from Duplex (for repeaters) to Simplex for local use. That apart, a satisfactory purchase

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the money but the could do with a bnc connector, the speaker / mic sockets are the wrong way around in terms of size and too far apart for my old speaker mic. The manual is poor and far too small print. Havn't figured ut how to get the repeater offset right then the ctcss. Oh and what does tot mean. No sign of it in the book. I hope I can add to this when I get it going properly.

what are the correct configuration settings for the Moonraker HT-90 E because the manual is  incomplete and confusing and I am only a beginer and not to clever

Asked by: Biglash69er
I would advise to check up details directly with Moonraker as we can only provide specifications on the item not details on how to use it.
