Hi ... I have 3 Questions .. 1) is this an 8 Ohn ? .... 2) What is the thickness of this speaker ie 20 x 40 x ? .... and 3) do you think it suitable for fitting in a model train decoder sound system ( in a loco or tender ? .... Thanks Derek

The datasheet for the item with all technical specifications has been linked in a previous question. I have provided a link below for your convenience. https://maplindownloads.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/n99fu-7161.pdf The data sheet shows impedance as 8 Ohms (+ or - 15% tolerance) The depth of the speaker is 5.8 mm at the deepest part. In regards to suitability for use in a circuit or project ... that would be for you to decide, we can provide specific technical details and measurements for the product but how you utilise the item would your choice.
