if i connect the 25volt winding's in parallel will i get 2 amp output

That would be correct, series connection will increase voltage while maintaining current, parallel will maintain voltage while increasing current.

My input is 240v info given is for 115v via 2x 2 wires how do I input 240v as advertised Thanks
