What is the voltage and ampage of this board per side?

This item is 35 micron thick copper. The Cu thickness can be expressed as 1 ounce/sq ft, 305 g/sq m or 35 microns they are all the same. For current and voltage requirements we would advise to consult the IPC design specifications for PCB’s - IPC 2221, the link below shows more detail of material, design etc
