Adapators are shown, in groups of 6 or 8. They are sold individually. Not clear in the listing

Hi, the web site says this lead should work with Tips AQ88 and AQ90. The lead I have just bought does not work, whilst the tip can be inserted it is not retained and falls out under its own weight. Is this a compatibility problem or is the lead faulty?

Asked by: Wilf90
If you believe any of the components you have purchased to be faulty then take them to a store where they can be examined. It would be impossible to give any credible advice or judgement on items we cannot see or test using a text only based question and answer system such as this.

Is this just the cable, or does the product include tips too? One of the images shows the cable+tips; the other image just shows the cable.

Asked by: mark
This item comes with cable only and no tips, the image of the tips if for example purposes only.

you say "Tip + marking for correct tip insertion"   please indicate using your tips how this works as both sides of your tips have a  + and - sign

Asked by: johnwind1955
You would line the + up with + but if building a power supply or fixing that kind of item we would advise to check all wiring first.
