Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the job After installing a new TV in our bedroom I needed to split our coaxial from what was three to four feeds. I found this splitter in Maplin at a great price and decided to go for it. We now have four TV's all with perfect pictures. I strongly recommend this product 5 *.

We only have one ariel port installed upstairs in one bedroom, we are wondering if this would be okay and simple enough to install so that we can use it for another 3 bedrooms (just digital/freeview) also what else will I need to purchase ie cables TIA

For that number of splits we would recommend a distribution amplifier rather than a straight splitter due to the signal reduction. Something like the following should be suitable; http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/nikkai-aerial-amplifier-with-digital-bypass-4-way-l23ag

Hi I have in my loft a splitter that connects to all rooms and the aerial outside for digital and analogue tv's but it does not require power. Will this do the same job with the same picture perfect outcome and does it require any wiring from the cables ?

Do you need a power feed for this to work?

Asked by: Stuart66
This isn't a boosted splitter so wouldn't require power, however if the signal is not strong enough to be split in this way you may have signal issues. If this is the case you may need a boosted splitter which would require power. http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/nikkai-aerial-amplifier-with-digital-bypass-4-way-l23ag
