Please could you tell me if I can use this memory ddr2 800 on a motherboard that only uses ddr2 533/667

The use of DDR2 800 on a 667/533 slot is possible but not recommended (the 800 should just run at a lower speed but there is the potential to affect the overall system stability by using incompatible RAM with a board).
