Can a small battery be used on the ends of the two led light prongs to light it up and is it safe to do that and if so which battery should i use? Thanks

Does this LED gradually change colours or immediately?

hi i am interested in purchasing lots of these but want them to flash totally randomly, is there such a thing as a random discharge capacitor that will randonly supply voltage to the diode?
