Manage thermal issues
This thermal gap filler is a thermally conductive pad that can be used between components and their heatsink. It is supplied as a pack of two and has a good thermal conductivity of 1.2W/mK, with the benefit being that it doesn’t produce as much mess as thermal compound or paste would. The pads mould around uneven surfaces and can be cut or stacked together to solve and manage a range of thermal issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from be aware that it is really thick Small pad with a thickness of 5mm. At this sort of thickness the benefits of getting in all the gaps start to become dubious. Better to find a closer fit with a different heatsink. Waste of money this one.
