Rated 3 out of 5 by from Careful of exact product Card is fine when you get the right one :) It's a small card that doesn't take up much space (fits inside an HP Microserver N40L for instance), performs well enough as a general desktop card and doesn't consume much power (under 30W TDP). However, there seems to be confusion over stock so if you send someone in to a store to pick up your purchase for you, you may not get this card. Asus have two models. One low profile with the fan as pictured and one silent one with no fan that is the width of two PCIe slots. Both cards share the same stock number it would seem. In my case the one with no fan will not fit in a million years and I wouldn't have bothered to order it. Fortunately (?) the store had 1 left of the version with the fan so a quick 50 mile round trip resolved the issue!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bought this card to replace my nVidia GeForce 9500GT. ?ъ40 cheaper and it holds up great in games too, hits 30-40fps at 720p (15-25 in more demanding games at 1024x768). The heat sink is rather big so be aware of this before purchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic card, great value. Replaced my broken nvidia geforce 9750gt, and a brilliant replacement.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Board works fine, but heatsink blocks adjacent pci slot on main board making it unusable. wastefull, sooner had small cooling fan instead of a huge block of finned alloy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent little card bought to replace my on board card be cations before purchase as heat sink is quite big

Rated 3 out of 5 by from the fan on mine is so loud compared to my pc before it was about 40-50DB but now 50-60 and because its a constant running machine (server) the fan speed doesn't change and becomes annoying but nonetheless it works and lets me play mine craft as the graphics card that was originally there was the onboard one for the Dell Dimension 5000 and it was rubbish so this was good

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Caveat Emptor! This graphics card is advertised in store as a low profile card. I even confirmed with staff beforehand that it would fit a small form factor case. It does not come with low profile brackets and Maplin do not appear to sell them so therefore it is impossible to fit to a small form factor case.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fine for light gaming and PhotoShop You get what you pay for but, for the price, this card offers solid benefits over onboard graphics. That said, AMD's APUs with onboard graphics are pretty awesome these days so that's something to consider. Just don't expect to be hardcore gaming with this haha. It's a good little card for unintensive stuff though! I used it in my bro's PC and he's playing Minecraft on low-medium settings with no issues. Can't argue at this price :)

is it compatable with delll optiplex 755

Asked by: creepergamingboy
This is a full height card, if your Optiplex is a lo-profile unit it simply will not fit. If it's a full size tower it should be fine.

how much power dose it need

Asked by: creepergamingboy
This GFX card uses at max 186 Watts. It doesn't require power from the PSU as it takes it via the PCIe BUS.

Hi, will the ASUS Nvidia GeForce GT210 1GB GDDR3 Graphics Card fit to a MS-7142 VER:1 Motherboard so I can get a reasonable response to my Linux Mint 17.3 operating system??? Your help much appreciated. Pozzouk.

Asked by: Pozzouk
This card requires a PCI-E x16 2.0 or later socket to function properly. As long as your motherboard has one of those free and you have the correct drivers for your OS installed then this should be fine.
