Is it ok to touch the glass tube with bare hands, or is it the same as headlight bulbs, that it must not be touched?

is this xenon tube ok as a replacement for a 24v beacon on a fork lift truck ?

I am sorry but the item in question does not support use in your intended application, this is only suitable for 240V mains and above.
