• Three-digit LCD screen for a clear readout
• LED indicators for voltage
• Audible continuity lets you hear if there is a constant connection
• Powered by two AAA batteries
• Built-in white LED to show what you’re measuring
• Built to EN 61243-3:2010 standardsWhat can the 2100-Beta do?
This easy to use voltage and continuity tester is built to be tough and accurate. The meter has an IP64 rating to protect against dust and splashes and can be used with one or two probe testing. See exactly what you’re doing with the built-in white LED, which will light up the area you are measuring. The 2100-Beta can measure AC and DV voltage, test continuity, check phase polarity and trip test RCA. The meter automatically detects whether the input is AC or DC and the input’s range. With caps to keep your probes safe and a one and a half metre lead, this is a great tool to take everywhere with you.
What can I measure with this tester?
The 2100-Beta can measure voltage from 12V to 690V and comes with an LED indicator and an LCD screen. The LCD screen displays the voltage to 1V in an easy to read three digit display and can hold a value with a button press. The LED indicator has nine LEDs for +12V, -12V, +24V, -24V, 50V, 120V, 230V, 400V and 690V. The 2100-Beta gives an audible alert when detecting voltages greater than 50V AC and 120V DC. The continuity check also has an audible and a red LED indicator, and the tester has the ability to indicate phase rotation and check diodes.
How is this tester powered?
The meter is powered by two AAA batteries. You can check on your battery status from the LCD screen so you’ll never be caught out with an empty battery. The meter switches off if nothing is detected after 30 seconds, saving power and making your batteries last longer.
