Purchasing information and Reel deal

This product is sold in units of 1 metre, up to a maximum length in 1 piece of 100 metres. Orders placed for a quantity of 100 units, or multiples of 100 units will be supplied on a reel; otherwise the cable will be supplied cut to length.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly braided shield. The shield was thinly braided tinned copper - not as per picture. At £1.49 per meter I would expect a better quality product - given the other RG58 Maplin product A74RA sells for £0.49 per meter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I bought a length of this cable expecting it to be of suitable quality for ham radio transmitter use. On stripping the cable outer sheath I found that the braiding was not closely knitted so as to provide suitable shielding for this purpose. I would only recommend this for low power (e.g. legal CB) use. Its should be sold much cheaper to reflect it's poor quality.
