Use Contralube 770 on all your electronic, electrical and signal, data connections. It will protect your equipment from moisture, corrosion, oxidation, dust vibration etc. Amazingly it doesn’t affect the flow or quality of signal. Apply generously to the connector or contact surface you wish to protect. In the case of multi pin connectors, squirt directly into the male and female pins/holes of the connector you wish to safeguard. Administer to any spade, bullet or any other type of push fit connector. Contralube is good for any metal to metal contact – for instance an external antenna and RF connections. It can be used to protect CCTV connections and is particularly useful for radio controlled model enthusiasts.Because of its composition it can be used on many other applications where metal meets metal; including trailer rollers, winches, shackles, slides, motor pivot points, speed logs, sliding doors, window, hinges, domestic appliances, garden equipment, garage door tracks and general annoying squeaks/noises - Contralube is more permanent than any general solvent spray lubricant. (Due to the variability of plastics and elastomer materials, it is advisable to perform a compatibility test)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A toolbox essential - highly recommended! There are certain tools and handy accessories that every car enthusiast should keep in their toolbox or on the shelf in the garage. In my view one of the very best is Contralube 770, a superb weatherproofing and corrosion protector for power and data connections, those little areas where water gets in and can cause damage. I first used Contralube 770 on my old BMW 3-Series (E46) that suffered the well-known rear light maladies that would knock out the tail and/or stop lights and kept throwing up error messages on the dashboard. An application of Contralube 770 fixed it immediately and made me an instant fan. I also experienced a similar issue with my Audi A6's lights and it sorted them too. Highly recommended!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from huge price increase Contralube is good, but has gone up from £7.50 for 75g (what I paid in 2014) to £2.99 for just 8g (2015)! So an increase of nearly 4 times?
