Will this be the right cooler for me?
This Hydro Series H60 all-in-one CPU liquid cooler comes supplied with a single fan and low depth radiator, which makes it ideal for most small cases. The closed-loop design has been pre-filled with coolant and can be installed straight away, as thermal paste has already been pre-applied. Capable of spinning at a maximum 2,000RPM, the fan can generate 30.32dBA of noise, 1.9mm/H2O of static pressure and the movement of 57 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of air. This is a good amount of airflow to keep the coolant and CPU cool.

Most 120mm fan mounts can accommodate the included radiator and, with it being only 27mm thick, the radiator can be installed in cases where space is limited. In addition, the large diameter rubber tubes have minimal coolant evaporation for long life and are flexible to help in installing into tight spaces.

How do I change the fan speed?
The support for pulse width modulation (PWM) on the fan provides you with increased speed control. This means you can either let your motherboard decide the fan speed based on load, or manually select the fan speed that supplies you with the right balance between noise and performance.

What is this compatible with?
Supplied is a modular, tool-free magnetic multiplatform mounting kit and thermal paste is pre-applied to make installations quick. This water cooler will work with both Intel and AMD sockets, such as Intel LGA 2011 and LGA 115x (LGA 1151, LGA 1150, LGA 1155, LGA 1156) and AMD socket AM3 and AM2.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought this in November 2013 and its excellent , fitted my am3 + socket with ease no need for a back plate fits straight to cpu fan latches with thumb screws, been running for a nearly a year no issues . worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb I can only assume the negative review either didn't follow the fitting instructions correctly or has unfortunately had a faulty unit. I fitted this to an AMD FX-8320, replacing an Artic Freezer Xtreme air cooler, I immediately noticed a drop of about 15 degrees idle temp, down from about 27-28 degrees to about 12-13 degrees, dropping as low as 8 or 9 degrees when completely idle. During gaming, which is where my old cooler was starting to struggle, I noticed aproxx 35-40 degrees drop! After around 30 minutes under heavy load, my old tempts would be hitting 75-80, with the new cooler after a hour of play it was sitting at a stable and combatable 38-40. To confirm this was a fair comparison, I had previously cleaned and re-seated the old cooler a couple of weeks back with no marked performance increase. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this cooler, I wish I'd bought one long ago!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I should have done this ages ago! My first entry to liquid cooling and the best purchase I've made for my PC this year. Has brought new life to my i7 2600K which wasn't happy going over the standard 3.4GHz but is now running cooler overclocked to 4.5GHz+ than it has ever been before. Just disappointed I didn't do this earlier!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shockingly Bad Bought it last week to replace a failing Cooler Master V8(air cooled) and I'm bringing it back. Its the worse cooler I've ever seen. Do not buy it. See below for benchmarking tests from 3dMark, Stock AMD Cooler Idle:25c Test: 55c(max) H60 Idle: 45c-50c Test: 90c+ my MB is set to shut down at 90c to prevent damage Cooler Master V8 Idle: 25c Test: 53c

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you find this cooler bad, you've done something wrong! This cooler keeps HIGH END CPUs to degree of about 15 celsius. If you find that this product is performing badly, you haven't applied thermal paste correctly, or you're using low end CPUs to run modern games. This product is fantastic, it was installed and dropped temperatures from 30 to 10 degrees celsius!!! Make sure to screw, clip and apply good thermal paste for the perfect performance. Hydro coolers are better than any Air Cooler!!! FACT

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worse than stock air cooler Fitted the h60 today replacing the stock Intel cooler on an i5 2500k . no over clocking and the temps are higher than I had with the stock cooler ... Expected better cooler temps also the fan is very loud at full speed .. Taking back for refund ..disappointed...

Quick Start Guide

I am unable to order this item even though im told it still has a few left in stores?

Asked by: Jack hefford
Sorry you seem to be misunderstanding the "Last few in Store" listing category. Quintessentially this means that Maplin still have a few of these units left but the few remaining units are only located in a few selected stores. To purchase one you would have to go to a store that still has stock and purchase with a face to face transaction. The item is not available for delivery.

would this cooler fit the a68hm plus motherboard its an fm2 fm2+ socket type ? ive just upgraded the processor but temps are a little high so looking at watercooling

Asked by: rossi27
As detailed within the specification please use the compatibility list to confirm whether this would be suitable for your intended application Compatible sockets – AMD AMD Socket FM1, FM2, AM3, AM2 If the socket you intend to use it with is not listed, this would not be compatible.

Will thus fit on a amd3+ socket

Asked by: Ssgm
The housing bracket and fixing holes are identical for AM2, AM3 and AM3+ CPU sockets. This means that any cooler that fits one will fit the others, however it does not follow that the cooler is capable of keeping a CPU cool, this will depend on the CPU you intend to use.

Does Liquid Cooling yield better performance than Air cooled? And is there any possibilities that the Liquid cooling system could rupture in anyway?

Asked by: Jack
Liquid cooling gives better temperatures than air cooling, meaning you can overclock the processor if needed. if the liquid cooling pipes are maintained correctly there is very little chance of leakage

I have your Black Mid ATX Gaming case, and getting the Gigabyte GA-Z97-UDH3 LGA 1150. Would this be compatitable?

Asked by: Andrew
There may be issues, physically fitting the radiator in the case, so some minor modifications may be required.
