What can I do with this mouse?
Customise your perfect mouse with this Corsair M65. Personalise it with eight programmable buttons, response time settings, adjustable dpi and variable weight for balance. The M65 has a soft touch surface for comfortable use even after hours of gameplay. The scroll mouse is sold metal for accurate performance with rubberised surfaces for a better grip so you will always be in control.

Can you customise the buttons?
The M65 has eight programmable buttons which let you set up your favourite spells or time saving macros so they’re accessible with a single click. Customise your buttons quickly and easily using the Corsair control panel software.

How do I change the weight?
Balance your mouse perfectly with three weights that can be placed in the three weight zones. Easy to place and remove you can increase the weight for a more solid control for delicate manoeuvres or lighten it for quicker responses. Experiment to find the ideal situation for you and your game.

How sensitive is my gaming mouse?
The Corsair Vengeance M65 has 8200di sensitivity, perfect for first person shooters. Set your response time so the quicker your mouse reacts the quicker your move and the more memory it takes. You can set the response time from 1ms (1000HZ) to 8ms (125Hz).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm new to this gaming stuff, but this mouse is brilliant! Slick and smooth on most surfaces but has a totally sturdy (almost armoured) type of feel. Looks and feels great. LED light un-necessary but adds to the aesthetic. This is a great mouse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My previous mouse (a SteelSeries Ikari Laser) unfortunately failed after 4 years of service (the scroll wheel broke). As such I was in the market for a new mouse, with as good as (or better) accuracy, comfort and number of buttons. The Corsair M65 was the perfect pick, it has a good number of buttons allowing quick browser navigation, but also quick changing of weapons & DPI settings whilst in FPS games. The mouse feels as accurate as my previous one and is comfy in the hand. The styling is quite striking due to the exposed rear of the mouse, which reveals the the metal frame and "vents". It looks a bit like a space-shit from behind. From the front a blue led shines forth, unfortunately I found it was hitting my monitor due to the low height I have my monitor at, however this was easily resolved by switching off the LED within the Corsair gaming software. Additionally, and possibly most interestingly, this mouse has a button which rests under your thumb which when pressed reduces the DPI setting to allow for very accurate sniper shots, or photoshop edits. Thankfully it isn't the type of button you're going to press by accident - I haven't had any surprise loss of cursor speed yet! I believe the button can be re-assigned as well. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. The fact that Maplin appears to be the cheapest supplier at the time of my purchase was also great to see!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok mouse, BUT... I bought this mouse a week ago and I really like it but there is one problem. After my first twenty minutes of a casual fps game, the counterweights started falling out. To my immediate disbelief, they cannot stay in. I was really disappointed by this as I had spent £54.99 on this mouse and it had broken so easily. Also, the configuration software may be quite confusing for a newer gamer. Apart from that, this is a really great mouse which suits my style of mmo's and fps games.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solidly built no nonesence mouse I’ve been a PC gamer for about 25 years and owned many mice during that time. This purchase was a bit of an impulse buy, I had some spare cash and wanted something the same day for an old school LAN party that night. I love crucial kit and have spent £600 on cases, fans, aio coolers and other parts this year alone, and as I didn’t like any of the other products in stock I thought I would try the m65. I was pleased to find that its very well built fits well in my quite large hands and its accuracy is very good. Importantly it’s also comfortable to use for long periods of time without a break (not recommended, but you try separating us from our PC’s in the middle of a death match or multi hour mission). Its easily comparable with a Razer product but I have found it to be more comfortable than the Razer Deathadder I recently killed. If you’re in the market for a new mouse that does the job, with little to no fuss, without all the pretty RGB fad that is on some of the others (and this but not through Maplin) I couldn’t reckoned it more.
