Rated 3 out of 5 by from I am using this arm with a Samsung UE26C4000 26-inch LED TV. Unusually, it uses M8 (8mm wide) bolts and this arm is supplied with much thinner bolts and the plate that attaches to the back of the TV has correspondingly smaller diameter holes. Buying 4 M8 bolts and drilling out the holes in the p,ate with an 8mm metal drill solved the problem. The arm does attach very firmly to the wall with the 3 long bolts that are supplied and it does seem to be level (according to the spirit level). The range of movement is good too. I agree that the cable management sleeves are fiddly to install and do seem to need cable ties to hold them in place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Design. When at full reach, the arm sags so the TV is not horizontal! There is no adjustment for this. I had to buy an extra bolt because it only came with 3 despite in the drawings showing 4. And even then, I used an extra bolt to ensure better fixing. I used a full length spirit level to ensure it was straight but still, it sags (too much bend and play in the arm). The cable management system (plastic sheath) is not sufficient to clasp the two pieces together so they need cable ties and, to boot, there is no provision for wires to come out so I had to modify the plastic casing. What a terrible design. Don't buy this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall, it is well-made and sturdy, looks ok, and came with all fittings. But I have one irritation about the design. It took me about 20 minutes to drill the holes and fit the wall plugs (supplied), and attach the bracket to the wall. The bracket seems pretty sturdy, and took the weight of my 32" LCD tv. The panel that attaches to the back of the tv has a quite a number of hole spacings, up to 200x200. After reading a previous review I wondered if the screw sizes would fit my tv, but it came with two sets of screws (one of which fitted), which was really handy. But I have one complaint in the fitting that joins the arm to the tv bracket. For the vertical tilt, there is a thumb-screw adjustment on a curved rail. However, the fitting isn't a tight fit horizontally on the rail, and there is a bit of play. This means you can tilt the tv by about 5 degress either way off horizontal, so I have to keep checkcing my tv is straight every time you move it. For that, it gets 4* instead of 5*.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easily fitted, with the help of it's own spirit level. just 3 bolts needed (supplied) to fix to wall. The plastic shroud covers all moving parts and cables neatly giving a very professional finish. Fitted in 20 Minutes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made and thought out with loads of fixing options for both the wall and the monitor vessa attachment holes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a smart looking bracket and the cable management hides all the cables from the TV to the wall. Of course its only as strong as the wall its fixed to but feels pretty solid with my 30" LCD mounted on it.
Date published: 2014-11-11
Rated 1 out of 5 by from The bolts used to anchor the bracket to the wall are set too close to the flanged edge of the wall plate to allow a spanner to be turned. Absolutely useless.
