Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was extremely pleased with this product. I was only getting a low or very low signal with my PCI card and it made the internet unusable, however with this I get between excellent, very good and good at the worst.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I had to buy this as i bought a new pc with windows 7 and my old adapter no longer worked. But have to say this is great, plug and play, so much better signal, linked up straight away, no need to download updates for windows 7. Fabulous.

Hi, I am looking for USB Wi Fi Adaptor Edimax EW-7711UAn v1 with chip set Ralink RT3070 because the device I need it for can work with version 1 Ralink RT3070 chip set. I cannot find these specifications in the descriptions of this produ online. Thank yo

Asked by: Lorrainei
It looks like it could be, I downloaded the device driver and pulled it apart to see which chipset is used in this unit, it is definitely RALINK .. but all the chipsets are listed in the DLL. The only way to be sure is purchase one and see, you can always return it under our 30 day guarantee if it's unsuitable.

Hello i have a Humax Foxsat pvr and i,m told that the usb adapter i require will need the ralink 3070 chipset, so wil this adapter be suitable.

Asked by: andy
I'm sorry the product manufacturer has not included any data about the particular chipset that this USB device uses. Dedicated RT3070 chip-set dongles can be sourced on-line, but unfortunately we do not have any in our product range.
