Will this pick up terrestrial TV in France. I want to connect it to an older Sony TV which does not work there as it does not have an MPEG-4 decoder and French terrestrial TV is now all HD.

Asked by: Colin
Unfortunately, we only test items for UK use.

Can I schedule a program to be recorded or does it only "live record"? Can I pause & rewind? Where do I find a channel listing? Can I watch the Irish channels?

I have just moved into a new house that has a satellite dish but no digital Arial can i use a decoder connected to the dish and cables to get terrestrial tv

Asked by: john
There is no such thing as a "digital" aerial. This is an expression invesnted by dubious aerial installers to make you buy more. If you have a TV aerial, it will (probably) work perfectly well for Freeview. This box will receive terrestrial TV with your roof aerial, and it will receive satellite TV with your dish. A dish that works for Sky will pick up the free (inclusing BBC/ITV/etc) channels happily.
