  • Ideal replacement aerial for radios

Product overview

Ferrite rod aerial consisting of medium wave and long wave coils around 127mm x 9.525mm rod. The coils can be moved for best performance then fixed with adhesive. Inductance of the medium wave coil is 300µH and the long wave coil is 3.2mH
Typical coverage:
Medium wave - 550 to 1550Khz (193 to 545M)
Longwave 150 to 280Khz (1070 to 2000M)

How easy is this Coil to use, when building an AM radio? What other components would you recommend to build a simple AM radio with this product?
