What channels can I tune into with this card?
This tuner card is ideal for anyone looking to receive a range of live TV channels from one device. Once a satellite cable and aerial cable has been connected, you can receive Freesat (DVB-S), Freesat HD (DVB-S2), Freeview* (DVB-T), Freeview HD* (DVB-T2) and digital cable TV (DVB-C) channels. This gives you the ability to pick from a range of TV channels, all from one card.

The card is compatible with Windows 8, 7, Vista and XP operating systems and fits into the PCI express x1 slot on your motherboard. It can also be slotted into a PCI express x4, x8 or x16 slot. Designed with a low profile bracket, Hauppauge have included a full height bracket in the box, so you can use this in a full size case too.

To find out what channels you can receive please click here.

Can I record, pause and rewind live TV?
A WinTV v7 application is available from the CD-ROM included in the box. Once it is installed, you can record, pause and rewind live TV*. You can also schedule recordings of your favourite programs, so you don’t have to make a mental note of when they will be on.

The built-in MPEG-2 encoder allows you to record from other external devices, such as a satellite set top box, VHS player or camcorder. This allows you to record satellite TV. It also gives you the ability to access and digitalise memories stored on your old VHS or camcorder tapes.

*Please note that you need to have a TV licence to be able to watch and record live Freeview (HD) TV, even if you are doing so from your computer.
