High Voltage Opto-Isolator

An opto isolator device in a 6-pin DIL package comprising a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon phototransistor. The input to output isolation can be up to 7,500V peak guaranteed, and the device meets or exceeds all JEDEC registered specifications.
Specifications:
LED forward voltage: 1·15V @ IF = 10mA
Capacitance: 18pF
Collector/emitter dark current: 50nA @ VCE = 10V
VCE maximum: 30V
VCB maximum: 70V
HFE: 500
Collector/base capacitance: 19pF @ 1MHz
Collector/emitter satn. voltage: 0·15V
Turn-on time: 2·8µs (LED IF = 10mA)
Isolation voltage: 7,500 Vac @ 60Hz
Isolation resistance: 1011 @ 500V
Isolation capacitance: 0·2pF
