Is this Product suitable for DAB Radio with co axial aerial socket.
Asked by: Clifford Martin
No it isn't. It is the wrong length (a DAB aerial should be about 60cm long), the wrong impedance (it is 300 ohms, your DAB set is 75) and the wrong type of feeder (this is balanced, your DAB set needs co-axial feeder). Unless you have a very strong signal, this is unlikely to work well at all.

This is 300ohm but my tuner is 75ohm so I need a balun. Connection shown as coax but balun expects spade terminals or bare wire. How do I connect it? Is there an alternative?

Asked by: kenw
Cut off the co-ax connector; it is wrong for this type of aerial anyway. You can then connect the bare ends to the 300 ohm terminals of your balun.
