What makes these headphones an excellent choice for travel?

Bluetooth headphones are a great choice for the daily commute and travelling in general. Being wire-free when you're out of your home is extremely convenient, and you'll never have to worry about getting snagged on your surroundings or meticulously untangling cables.

These E50 Bluetooth headphones by JBL are a fantastic choice for your wireless needs.

Featuring an integrated microphone for taking and making calls, you'll be able to communicate freely without getting your phone out - and be able to get straight back to your music once you're finished talking. This utilises Pure Konnexx™ echo cancellation technology to ensure that you sound clear to the person you're talking to.

Massive 50mm drivers provide an excellent bass response, as well as meaty mids and crisp, shimmering highs. These headphones deliver great quality audio, where ever you are and whenever you need it. With an 18 hour battery life, you'll be able to enjoy them for hours.

ShareMe™ technology allows you to connect multiple headphones to one source, so you can share music with your friends or all enjoy a film together.

The lightweight, ergonomic headband combined with soft leatherette cushions provide maximum comfort. Designed for long listening sessions, you'll be able to listen to these headphones for hours without any signs of discomfort.

What about connectivity?

These headphones can be connected to any Bluetooth enabled device, and thanks to coming with a standard 3.5mm jack connection you can plug them into anything with this socket - should it not be Bluetooth enabled or if you've ran out of power.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from JBL Synchros E50BT headphones, solid performance! This is my second product from JBL, the other is an original Flip bluetooth speaker. I bought these headphones due to the positive experience I've had from the speaker. They both provide absolutely rock solid bluetooth connection. I can have the source player in the kitchen and potty around the house with no disruption in connection signal. To me, connection stability is more important than sound quality, but do you know what, JBL have refined their products for a top notch sound. The Synchros E50BT's have a powerful neutral sound, which makes listening to all source materials a delight. Well done JBL, I will continue to purchase and recommend your products in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding sound quality Excellent sound quality, bass has a great thumping, mids are there and overall very clear. Earcuffs are super comfortable for me too. Call quality is clear and I found the isolation from outside noises outstanding.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from great sounds, very bad design I got this about a month ago. been Sooooo happy with it... used it 10-15 times and suddenly just felt down from My head because the headband just soo cheap design. inside You got metal part which is massive but laying on a plastic one. and on the and You finished with plastic. now that is broken. unacceptable for this money. Why You did not covered the entire part with metal one too???. was it so expensive to make it longer with 10 mm ????

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All round really good! I'm really happy with sound quality. They are also pretty light. What I dislike is microphone sound quality is not so good during my Skype calls, and JBL-specific controls are useless for my everyday work. Also, they tend to make my ears uncomfortable after 2-3 hours.

Can the Synchros E50BT be used with a ps4 for online gaming and chat?

Asked by: JoeGreeeen
Hi We do not have this information. Since our headphones all rely on the same Bluetooth profiles ( A2DP and AVRCP ), you would need to contact Sony Playstation support and ask them if their consoles support these profiles.

I like to be able to listen at a low volume. Will the volume go low?

Asked by: Thecat
Hi Thank you for the question. Yes, the volume can be turned far down, so if you like listening to quiet musik, then this is a great headphone.

What is the warranty for these headphones? Is there a retailer close to Worcester where I can see and try these? If not, what is the return policy if I get them and they are not suitable?

Asked by: a6gcd
Hi. Normal warranty in Europe is 6 months, followed by 18 months reclamation right. If you buy from the JBL web shop, you will have 30 days right of return, no questions asked. We at FB support have no info about shop locations, sorry.

just bought E50BT ...GREAT QUALITY..but i have some questions : is it using battery while using audio jack ? is it charging while using audio jack ? and what is the use of rotate the ear cup feature?

Asked by: carleneo
Hi. Thank you for your kind words about the E50 headphone! No, if you listen to cabled music, without active Bluetooth section, no power is used. It only charges with the charging cable in place, not with pure audio. The rotate function is meant to make it easier to transport the headphone, since you can fold it flat, making it very compact. We hope this helps.

This headphone doesn't come with a carry case as other models, where could we get one of them here?

Asked by: Vbin
Hi Vbin Thank you for the question JBL doesn't produce carrying cases for the E-series headphones unfortunately - There might be other companies which produces unoriginal headphone cases where the E50 BT might fit. I can suggest that you look at e-Bay. If you have other questions, please contact customer help-desk.

I just brought this headset recently and am still trying to figure out how to recognise whether it's charging or not.  I read another comment, and the answer given was that, it'll display a red light. But, for me, it blinks red every one sec.

Asked by: Athul
Hi, It should be a steady red light while charging, and once the product is charged it should be a white light. Please try a different charging source and if possible a new cable. If you still are experience issues with charging, please contact our helpdesk for further help.
