Hi. Can I run this on a 12v leisure battery?

Yes you could, but at 600w this would draw around 50 amps per hours, so without a charge input would soon flatten even a large leisure battery. If you are charging whilst in use ensure the charge controller does not allow the battery to exceed 14v

I want to fit this item in a truck with a 24v power supply but Iv found a 24v to 12v step down and its 30amp would I b able to run this item with this step down
