What is this device for?
This LED driver allows you to power low voltage LED lights through your mains. As LEDs use a constant DC voltage to operate optimally, this item is essential when wanting to power them. This particular driver will enable you to switch the lights on and off with a remote handset or even the dedicated LightwaveRF app.

Can this driver be used with any LED strip lights or just the ones included in the box?

Asked by: kevosull
As long as the light strips are dimmable, and fit within the output power specifications of the driver, there shouldn't be a problem.

Can this driver be wired to an existing lighting circuit with a lightwaverf dimmer switch to turn it on and off at the same time as existing lights?

Asked by: kevosull
We don't believe this would be possible, as the driver needs the constant mains current in, and regulates the output voltage and current to dim the lights. Wiring to an existing Lightwave dimmer would affect this input current when you dim the lights.
