What is the Linker Light Sensor?
The Linker light sensor uses a light dependant resistor to determine the amount of light. The more light that is detected, the lower the resistance generated. Light sensors are one of the more commonly used analogue sensors and due to the ease of use are perfect for beginners.

This sensor allows a very wide range of voltage, from 3V to 30V, allowing you to use it with almost all projects you may have in mind.

The Linker light sensor is one of many components available with a Linker connector, which allows quick and easy connect with any other Linker compatible device. Convenient screw holes in the PCB make mounting this breakout into your project easy.

How to get the most out of your project?
The resistance provided by this light sensor decreases when light increases, and vice versa. When using alongside an Arduino you can turn other devices, such as LEDs or fans on when the environment is a light level of your choosing.
