What can I do with this kit?
Connect your littleBits modules to an Arduino board and open up new possibilities for prototyping and coding. Create your own DIY Etch-a-Sketch, mouse control, visual displays and more without having to mess about with wires or soldering. The kit comes with eight getting started sketches and there are hundreds more projects to look at with community support from Arduino and littleBits. This is a great way to get into Arduino or expand your projects with the littleBits modules for more experienced users.

How does the Arduino module work?
Prototype without the breadboard and open up new options to create and experiment with this littleBits Arduino Coding Kit. Connect to up to three inputs and three outputs on your Arduino module – there’s also additional I/O for advanced hardware interaction for more experienced Arduino users. The module can communicate with a range of software including processing, MaxMSP, Flash and more.

What can I learn with this kit?
Arduino is a great way to learn and explore with programming. The littleBits Arduino Coding Kit lets you put that into practical projects and experiments. Blue littleBits modules provide power, and they come first in the circuit. Pink modules, which provide inputs, can control what comes after the blue modules. This kit’s pink modules are a push button and two dimmers. Green modules are your outputs – you can use the servo to move an object or the bargraph which lights different colours for different inputs. Orange modules are connectors – use the fork to connect multiple modules to one, or add an Arduino board to your circuit.

Experiment and combine programming and physical modules to create new and exciting models and projects. The kit comes with a mounting board so you can keep your prototypes and experiments tidy.

What can I do next?
All littleBits modules are compatible so you can keep adding and creating new and unique circuits. Use your Arduino board to discover new and exciting programs – the only limit is your imagination
