What advantages does this mouse have?
A fast and responsive mouse, ideal for playing in tournaments and gaining that competitive edge. No need to worry about batteries or signal drop-out – with a wired connection and a 1.8m braided cable, you’ll have plenty of room to manoeuvre. Save juice on your laptop battery with low-powered mode for everyday use, then switch to full power to get the best out of your mouse for a tournament. The precision laser Doppler sensor gives you up to 240 ips tracking speeds, 1ms response times and the ability to cope with 50G acceleration so that, whatever your game is, you’ll react as soon as you see the danger. It comes in a futuristic black and blue design.

How many options can I create using the buttons?
Build multiple profiles for your games and create up to three modes in each, using the nine programmable buttons for 27 options per profile. Customise buttons for macros, commonly used functions and favourite spells and have them all available at a click. Know at a glance which mode you’re in with the coloured indicator. You can even link your profile to activate when you launch the game you customised it for.

How can I customise the mouse?
Change the length of the mouse by alerting the position of the palm rest you have. Choose from three lengths: 5mm, 10mm and 15mm. Set your lift-off height between 0.2mm and 1mm to suit the surface you’re using. With its light weight body of 90g, you can effortlessly game for hours.

How sensitive is this gaming mouse?
Set your sensitivity to one of four pre-set dpi modes or customise it to your own preferences. The dpi mode indicator shows one bar for 800dpi, two for 1600dpi, three for 2400dpi and four for 8200dpi when using the pre-sets. You can set the dpi for any value between 100dpi and 8200dpi in increments of 25dpi. Adjust the precision aim in the Mad Catz APP software press and hold the button to slow cursor for a crucial shot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Gaming Mouse I have been an avid user of Logitech Gaming Mice for a very long time so I'm used to good quality gaming equipment. The features of this mouse do not disappoint, the fact I can adjust the back of it to fit my hand is a brilliant design feature and the overall shape and feel of the mouse is a just what I've come to expect when I buy a new mouse. The DPI range is fantastic and ability to control it at a touch of a button that is right next to my trigger finger is a godsend I never ‘caught it’ by accident either. Whilst playing my FPS games the precise aim button is great for those close encounters when that enemy is bunny hopping all over the place. I have been using it on my most common games League of Legends, Smite, Battlefield 4, Borderlands 2, Diablo 3, Skyrim and StarCraft 2 and it has not let me down at any moment. If you’re a core gamer and looking for a new mouse and haven’t had a RAT before try one, its feel, look and software are on par with any other high end gaming product I've used and I say take a chance you will not be disappointed. My only issue is the mouse is very lightweight as I'm used to extra weights, but this is the Tournament Edition which means lightweight and portable without hindering performance so that was my oversight and so I haven't removed a star.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good mice, software not so good This mouse is suitable for amateur players, who do not usually play. It isn't perfect. The software isn't the most intuitive or reliable, and the extendable palm grip, while convenient for gamers with larger hands, can lead to some frustrating issues. But the DPI range is great, the buttons are well posicioned, and the aim button is trully precise. I want to give special thanks to the commitment of the sales team of the Woking store, UK, especially to Atila.
